WeBeat 이용자는 언제든지 본인 계정 및 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 본 페이지는 데이터 삭제 절차를 안내합니다.

1. 앱 내에서 직접 삭제 (권장)

  1. WeBeat 앱 실행
  2. 하단 메뉴 MY 탭 진입
  3. 상단 우측 설정 아이콘 클릭
  4. 계정 관리 → 회원 탈퇴 선택
  5. 안내에 따라 탈퇴 진행

회원 탈퇴 즉시 계정과 관련 개인정보는 삭제됩니다(법령상 일정 기간 보관해야 하는 정보는 예외).

2. 이메일로 삭제 요청

앱에 접근할 수 없거나 직접 처리가 어려운 경우, 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제목: WeBeat 데이터 삭제 요청
포함할 내용:
  1. 가입 시 사용한 이메일 또는 소셜 로그인 ID (Kakao/Naver/Google/Facebook/Apple)
  2. 가입 시 사용한 닉네임
  3. 본인 확인을 위한 추가 정보(선택)

요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 본인 확인 절차를 거쳐 삭제 처리하며, 처리 결과를 회신해 드립니다.

관계 법령에 따라 다음 정보는 명시된 기간 동안 보관됩니다.

상기 법정 보관 정보를 제외한 모든 개인정보는 삭제 요청 시 즉시 파기됩니다.

WeBeat Data Deletion Instructions

WeBeat users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. This page describes the deletion procedure.

1. Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the WeBeat app
  2. Tap the MY tab in the bottom navigation
  3. Tap the settings icon in the upper right
  4. Select Account Management → Delete Account
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

Upon account deletion, your account and personal data are removed immediately (except for information legally required to be retained).

2. Email Request

If you cannot access the app or need assistance, you may request deletion via email.

Subject: WeBeat Data Deletion Request
Include the following:
  1. Email or social login ID used at registration (Kakao/Naver/Google/Facebook/Apple)
  2. Nickname used at registration
  3. Any additional information for identity verification (optional)

After receipt, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days, then notify you of the result.
