WeBeat 개인정보 처리방침

WeBeat(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스 이용 과정에서 수집되는 개인정보의 항목, 이용 목적, 보관 기간 및 이용자의 권리에 관하여 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

3. 개인정보의 보관 및 이용 기간

개인정보는 수집·이용 목적이 달성된 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관해야 하는 정보는 그 기간 동안 보관합니다.

회원 탈퇴 시: 즉시 파기 (단, 법령상 보존 의무 정보는 제외)
전자상거래법: 계약/청약철회 기록 5년, 대금결제 기록 5년, 소비자 불만 처리 기록 3년
통신비밀보호법: 로그인 기록 3개월

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

서비스는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
법령에 따라 수사기관·법원의 적법한 절차에 따른 요청이 있는 경우

위 권리는 앱 내 「설정 → 계정 관리」 메뉴에서 직접 행사하시거나, 아래 개인정보보호책임자에게 문의하여 행사할 수 있습니다.

7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

비밀번호 등 민감 정보는 단방향 암호화(BCrypt)하여 저장
전송 구간 TLS/HTTPS 적용
개인정보 접근 권한 최소화 및 접근 기록 보관
주기적인 보안 점검 및 취약점 패치

8. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만임이 확인된 경우 즉시 해당 계정을 삭제합니다.

10. 고지의 의무

WeBeat ("the Service") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, retention periods, and your rights regarding your personal data.

3. Data Retention

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. However, information required by law is retained for the prescribed period.

Upon account deletion: immediately destroyed (except legally required retention)
E-Commerce Act: contract/withdrawal records 5 years, payment records 5 years, complaints 3 years
Telecommunications Act: login records 3 months

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

When you have given prior consent

Access to personal information restricted with audit logging
Regular security reviews and vulnerability patching

8. Children Under 14

The Service does not accept registrations from children under 14 years of age. If we identify an underage account, it is deleted immediately.
